We can do any part of this process, or the whole task.  However, AW only accepts highly-qualified Clients.  We do not "broker" deals (an unfortunate business practice where the broker demands an "up-front" fee and then never does anything more).

1.  AW Plan For Obtaining Financing, First Step         

The first step is to review your current plan and form a financing strategy.  AW reviews your existing Business Plan and all available documents.  AW assumes the role of an interested, “Sophisticated Investor”.  You are then sent a complete, written critique of the plan and support materials.  AW and you then work together to make revisions so that the final plan is complete and professional.  This greatly increases acceptance by loan officers and equity investors. 

 

In parallel, you and AW prepare a Funding Strategy, along with schedule of events and a "menu" of the supporting sales material required (e.g.:  Powerpoint Presentations, investor lists etc.)  You actually prepare the later with AW in review.  Unlimited email and telephone contact (9-6 EST). 

 

2.  AW Second Step, For Obtaining Financing                              

Having completed the "First Step" above, AW can now act as your Partner (your "VP/Sales")  to actually raise the money.  There is a small, monthly retainer as well.  In addition, a negotiated Performance Bonus^* is paid to AW when funding is obtained.  Above does not include travel or any other expenses that may be required.
