Budgets, Pro Forma & Financial Forecasts 

AW will prepare spreadsheets that contain detailed budgets for one year as well as summary forecasts for five years.  The financial model includes many schedules, including sales forecasts, asset schedules, manpower forecasts, P&L, cash flow & Balance Sheet.  The completed forecast will answer any questions that financially-savvy people may ask.  It also provides the critical company "valuation" so you can negotiate with investors and not give away your company.

The model is prepared in MS/Excel.  It usually requires 1-3 weeks for completion.
