"I've known Dick Brown
since 1975, the launch date of the revolution, worked with Dick
growing tCS, and enjoyed being around a fascinating and
insightful guy for decades. Although I've been in high-tech for many years, this is my first purchase of an "eBook". I was astounded how easy it was and I had my copy of this book in maybe less than 3 minutes? Also, it downloads directly into my computer. I can print it out or take it with me and read at my convenience - and, I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on a specialized reading device. Just browsing AW's new "The PC Revolution" - it looks like an amazing cast-of-characters with real "insider stories" about many of them. I've often wondered how Data General, DEC and Wang could have failed and there's pages of evidence here. I'd highly recommend this whole new way of buying books and when I'm done reading this one, I'm sure it will be a "winner" as well! - CT
"The PC Revolution" is a must read for every would-be entrepreneur in the fast-paced world of technology. During the early days of the PC industry, many of us came from extremely diverse backgrounds to The Computer Store and it was both challenging and great fun. Dick has captured the good, the bad and the ugly of the entrepreneurial spirit that creates change. As the industry matured, some became leaders of the next wave and others moved on to new ventures, but the experience gained from that time is invaluable. - Kathy Sperl-Bell, Realtor, RE/MAX Realty Group, Lewes, Delaware
